Method 1

Step 1: Press the bulb of Novi.
Step 2: Gently insert Novi into the ear until it creates a vacuum. The bulb should remain pressed without you holding it. It should not cause pain; stop immediately if it does.
Step 3: Leave Novi in the ear for about 20 seconds, with the bulb in the pressed position.
Step 4: Place your hand back on the bulb of Novi and carefully remove the device from the ear.

Method 2

Step 1: Ensure that the bulb of Novi is not pressed.
Step 2: Place Novi in the ear until you feel suction. The bulb should remain expanded.
Step 3: Gently and gradually press on the bulb with your index finger and thumb, as if you are expelling air. Do this at a frequency of one to two times per second for 20 seconds. It is not necessary to press the bulb completely due to the pressure in your ear; light pumping motions are sufficient. This process should not cause pain and should not be forced.
Step 4: After 20 seconds, carefully remove Novi from the ear.

Important Notes:
- Ensure you insert Novi gently and without forcing it into the ear.
- Due to the created suction, the bulb of Novi will not fully close during use.
- If you experience any discomfort, stop using it immediately and consult a specialist.
